After you've scheduled your first appointment, take a moment to print and fill out our Patient Registration and Medical History Forms by accessing our Patient Portal. Completing these forms prior to your appointment will ensure a more efficient, streamlined first visit.
We recommend that you arrive about 15 minutes early to your appointment so we can ensure we have all the correct information regarding your dental history and contact information. When completing the forms on our online patient portal, please review our no-show policy and let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment.
During your appointment, we'll take comprehensive x-rays that will help Dr. Will create a personalized treatment plan specifically for your needs. Our Loyalty Plan offers preventive care coverage and discounts on treatment that you may need. If there's a plan that's right for you, you can join when you arrive for your appointment.
We're always looking to improve the patient experience. So after your appointment, let us know how we did! Whether you had a stellar experience or you notice there’s room for improvement, we want to hear your thoughts. Feel free to call us, email us, or leave us a review!
It is important to see Dr. Will for regular exams and cleanings every six months. This will help Dr. Will and our staff accurately track your oral health and catch any potential problems early on before they become larger issues. During your cleaning, we will be able to remove plaque and tartar from hard-to-reach areas that you might not be able to reach with even the most careful and diligent brushing and flossing. This keeps your smile looking bright and feeling healthy. Also, treating problems found during a cleaning or exam is usually much easier and more affordable than waiting until they are causing you pain or discomfort.
Yes! We leave room in our schedule for same-day appointments because we know dental emergencies can’t be planned. If you are experiencing dental emergency, please call us right away to let us know that you will be coming in. Dental emergencies include:
If you are experiencing any of these issues, please come in for an emergency appointment. If your tooth is knocked-out, rinse it with warm water and gently attempt to place it back in its socket. If you can not do this, place the tooth in a small baggie of milk to preserve it, and bring it with you to your appointment.
